Hi again.

Flourless Hazelnut and Almond Chocolate Cupcake Recipe is yet another easy flourless cupcake recipe that I’m going to share with you. I hope you had a wonderful time with the Flourless Nutella Chocolate Cupcake Recipe I shared with your earlier.

This almond chocolate cupcake recipe is extremely versatile, suitable for all occasions. I particularly love it for afternoon tea with friends. It’s such an easy cupcake recipe that you can literally bake these mini almonds cakes just 1 hour before tea time.

Here goes…

2. Light brown sugar, 110g
3. Dark chocolate, cooled after melted
4. Vanilla essence, 1 tsp
5. Eggs 3, large (70-75g each)
6. Ground almonds 75g
7. Ground hazelnuts 40g

Cupcake Paper Cases
Large cupcake paper cases 12 (5cm base x 3.5cm height)

//-->

<script type="text/javascript"

Easy Flourless Hazelnut and Almond Chocolate Cupcake Recipe
1. Cream butter with sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
2. Beat in dark chocolate and vanilla essence.
3. Beat in eggs one at a time. Mix well after each addition.
4. Fold in ground almonds and hazelnuts.
5. Spoon mixture evenly into the cupcake paper cases in a 12-hole muffin pan.
6. Bake in preheated over at 175oC for 30min.
7. Cool chocolate cupcakes in the pan.

Cupcake Decorations
Try a swirl of fresh cream on the chocolate cup cakes. Add more cupcake toppings such as flaked almonds or an assortment of mixed fruits and berries. I personally love, love, love the chocolate cupcakes with a drizzle of chocolate fudge topped with chocolate shavings. Pure chocolate heaven!

Try this nutty flourless recipe for an irresistible crunchy bite!

That’s all for the Flourless Hazelnut and Almond Chocolate Cupcake Recipe. Look out for the next cupcake recipe coming up on tangy fruit cupcakes.
